What Do I Do To Get Started?

It's easy to use Virtual Phone Card

To receive your Account Authorization PIN Code
•	Upon approval of your credit card, your PIN code will appear on the monitor screen of your computer.
•	Click on printer icon provided to print your DialBrazil55 Virtual Phone Card, or write it down and keep in a safe place.
•	Within moments your account information will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

To get 800 Toll-Free Access Numbers
•	Go online and login using your unique User Name and Password.
•	Click on Local and 800 Toll-Free Access Number’ icon in User's Options section.
•	Write down your Access Number for future reference, when placing calls.

To activate PIN-FREE Dialing option
•	Go online and login using your unique User Name and Password.
•	Click on ‘PIN-FREE Dialing’ icon in User's Options section.
•	Click on drop down arrow to determine which Access Number to use.
•	Enter phone number(s) of those telephones that you most frequently place calls from.
•	Click on the ‘Register’ button to finish registering each phone number.

To place a call from a Registered phone

•

From a touch-tone phone registered on our system, dial Local, Toll-Free or 800* Access Number for the country from which the call is being made.

•

Follow voice prompt, dial the telephone number you wish to call:

-	North America and Caribbean number: 1 + Area Code + Number, followed by the pound (#) key.
-	International number: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number, followed by the pound (#) key.
The Virtual Phone Card can also be used just like a regular calling card, only without the card. So, calls can be made from home, office, hotel room, payphone, or mobile phone to anywhere in the world!
* Calls using USA 800 number cost 2¢/minute more.

Click on drop down arrow to determine which Access Number to use.

Enter phone number(s) of those telephones that you most frequently place calls from.

•

Click on the ‘Register’ button to finish registering each phone number.

To place a call from any phone

•

From any touch-tone phone, dial Local, Toll-Free or 800* Access Number for the country from which the call is being made.

•

Enter your PIN authorization code*.

•

Dial the telephone number you wish to call:

-	North America number: 1 + Area Code + Number, followed by the pound (#) key.
-	International number: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number, followed by the pound (#) key.
To make another call, dial *, pause 2 seconds, then dial .
To ensure fast hang up, Dial ##
Complete dialing instructions, together with your PIN code are available at all times. Just login using your unique User Name and Password, then click on ‘Phone Card Dialing Instructions’ icon.

To Recharge and add funds
•	Go online and login using your unique User Name and Password.
•	Click on ‘Recharge’ icon in User's Options section.
•	Click on the drop arrow menu button
•	Indicate which amount you want to add, verify your billing information and PIN code.
•	Click on ‘Submit’ button to confirm order.

To turn on Auto-recharge option
•	Go online and login using your unique User Name and Password.
•	Click on ‘Auto-Recharge’ icon in User's Options section.
•	Under ‘Auto-Recharge Settings’, click on drop down arrows.
•	Indicate if you want to Auto-Recharge, amount you want to automatically recharge and amount your account balance must reach before recharging.
