I am a new customer, how do I purchase prepaid Virtual Phone Cards on this website? How do I login?:
It's very simple. In this site, click “Sign Up” link at the left bar, enter all the information and click on "Go". Our system will display the account information and the instructions to use the card. What is an Instant Virtual Phone Card?:
Our Instant Virtual Phone Card means exactly that! Upon credit card acceptance, your PIN code together with User Dialing Instructions will automatically appear on the monitor screen, which you can print or write down for future reference. This is a virtual phone card; therefore, you will not receive a physical card. The information, which appears on the monitor screen that you printed or wrote down, and the automatic courtesy e-mail you receive, is the actual Instant Virtual Phone Card.

When do I receive my Instant Virtual PIN code?
Within moments after placing an order you will receive your Virtual PIN code that will be displayed on your monitor screen immediately after successful processing of your credit card, so you can start making calls instantly. You will want to print page or write your PIN code on a piece of paper for future use. As a courtesy, we will automatically e-mail you a message in which this and other important information regarding to the use of our service, operation and access to your account.

Remember, this is a virtual phone card; therefore, you will not receive a physical card.

How do I use Virtual PhoneCard to place a call?
Dial the local or toll--free access number to access our system. This number can be found on our web site while you log on to view your account in the “User’s Options” area. There you can view Local and 800/Toll-Free access numbers, setup PIN-FREE dialing, view Dialing Instructions, Recharge your PIN, setup Auto-Recharge, buy a new PIN and update your Account Information.

1. Dial our local or 800/toll-free access numbers to connect to our service.
2. Enter your PIN code, then our system will automatically prompt you to dial the destination number. (if you are calling from a PIN-FREE number you can skip this step).
3. Follow the voice prompt, and dial the number you want to call.
a. For calls to North America and Caribbean, dial 1+ area code + phone number.
b. For call to all other countries, dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
Tips:
To speed up the dialing process, press # after entering your destination number.
To make another call, just press * or 99#, and follow the prompt. You don't have to hang up the phone and reconnect to our systems
If the speed-dialing feature is available on your phone, you can access our service with the touch of one button.

How do I Recharge my card?
When you find that you are running low on talk time, simply login to our secure “User’s Options” area where you can click on the 'Recharge' button and select the amount you wish to add to your calling card's balance.

Is there a way to automatically recharge my card whenever funds are low?
Our Auto-Recharge feature was created so that you never have to worry about your balance. To enable this feature, log in to your account login to our secure “User’s Options” area and click on the Auto-Recharge button on the page. Select the options for Auto-Recharge and click Add. With it you can place phone calls at any time without having to recharge your card manually.

Is it necessary for my address to exactly match with the address currently on file with my credit card issuer?
For security reasons, it is absolutely necessary that your address & Zip code match with the address & Zip code currently on file with your credit card issuer.

When will I get the Instant Virtual Phone Card PINs and Can I use them right away?
Virtual Phone Card PIN code will be displayed on your monitor immediately after successful processing of your credit card. Virtual Phone Card PINSs can be used for making calls right away, you don't have to wait. We do not snail mail prepaid Virtual Phone Cards.

How do I know which Local, 800, or Toll-Free Access Numbers to use?
At the present time we have Access Numbers available to support our Virtual Phone Card Service, when placing calls from the USA, Canada, France Jamaica, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Spain and United Kingdom. Once you sign-up and open an account with us, simply login to the “User’s Options” section where you can view and write down the Local, 800 or Toll-Free Access Numbers which you will use each time to place a call.

Is PIN-FREE dialing available?
Yes. Our PIN-Free Dialing feature allows you to register your phone numbers (as many as you want) that you will be using your Virtual Phone Card from frequently (e.g. home phone or cell phone). It cannot be used for a public phone. Once you have registered your phone numbers with us, anytime you use your Virtual Phonecard from these locations you will not be required to enter a PIN code. Simply dial the access number and the number you wish to reach.

Can I use my Instant Virtual Phone Card as a regular phone card?
Yes, the Instant Virtual Phone Card works just like a regular phone card. When placing a call, simply dial a DialBrazil55.com Local or 800/Toll-Free access number, enter your Virtual PIN code, and then enter your destination number. Calls can be made from any touch-tone phone.

Do you guarantee that calls will be connected every time and that there will no busy signals?
We are using best carriers and Advanced ISDN Routing Capabilities. You should generally not have such problems with our cards, but to be practical, there is no 100 % guarantee.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my password?
Click "Forgot your Password?", enter your User Name and Email ID and click "Send My Password". Your password will be emailed to you right away. You will receive the password email within two minutes, provided there are no Internet bottlenecks. You will not receive any password email if an incorrect Email ID was entered, or if there was a typo in your original Email ID with us.
