| Question:
Can my calling card be used to make intrastate
calls? |
|
| |
Answer:
Yes! Many cost conscious consumers use calling
cards when their local phone company rates are
excessive and there is no alternative long distance
carrier at a cheap rate. |
| |
| Question:
Can my card be used for both interstate and
international calls? |
| |
Answer:
Most cards allow intrastate, interstate
and international calling. Some cards are
restricted and international calls are not
permitted. MyCyberCard allows you to call
anywhere. International rates vary by country
and phone number called. Cell phones and
other special services phone numbers are
typically billed at a higher rate. You should
verify the rate for your call prior to calling.
MyCyberCard has rates posted on the website.

| Question:
Can I use my calling card in Europe or other
foreign countries to call home? |
| Answer:
If the card you are using has global roaming
facilities you can call anywhere from various
countries around the world. The rate may
be very expensive and you need to check
which countries service is available in.
Most US phone cards do not work other than
in the US. Most of them do not work from
Canada either. If you are going to need
this kind of facility we suggest you research
International Phone Cards or use MyCyberCard’s
international service access numbers. |

| |
| Question:
Can I use my phone card to call to Cellular
Phones? |
Answer:
Some cards do not allow connection to cellular
phones, others allow it but charge higher
rates. For example, calling international
cell phones typically cost 2-3 times the
amount to call a landline phone in that
same country. MyCyberCard allows you to
call any phone. You should verify the rate
for your call prior to calling. MyCyberCard
has rates posted on the website. |

| |
| Question:
Can I use my phone card from my Cellular Phone? |
| Answer:
Some cards or cell phone providers do not
allow the calls to be made from cellular
phones. Others allow it but charge higher
rates. Keep in mind that you will incur
your regular minute charge by your cellular
phone company in addition to the minutes
used on the card when calling from your
cell phone. Check your contract or call
your mobile service provider. |

| Question:
If I lose my PIN number, can it be replaced? |
Answer:
This varies by card. Normally with low value
cards, if you lose your PIN number, it will
not be replaced. MyCyberCard allows you
to have your PIN emailed to the original
email account on file. |
|
| |
| Question:
What do I do if my plastic phone card is stolen
or lost? |
| Answer:
It is no different than a regular credit
card. You should write the numbers down
somewhere safe so that you have a record
of the card details. If your card is stolen
or lost report it to the customer service
department of the relevant company. MyCyberCard
is a virtual card and theft is less likely.
However, anyone can use your PIN so keeping
it in a safe place is crucial. |
